How our Shop is dealing with COVID-19

During these unprecedented times, at Cinco Car Care we are here to support out customers the best we can while we all take a step back for each other’s sake. We want to provide the most convenient and worry-free system for providing automotive maintenance and repairs for any customer who needs us during this time, particularly those who are considered to be essential, such as medical professionals, law enforcement, grocery suppliers, restaurant employees, etc.

Here’s what we can do:

  • Take your information over the phone to make pick up arrangements.
  • Coordinate a convenient pick up time during our working hours.
  • Arrive at your home or place of business to retrieve your vehicle.
  • Stay in contact regarding any service needed and clarify what repairs/maintenance you want performed.
  • Upon completion, make contact to arrange payment over the phone and send you a receipt by email.
  • Return your vehicle, with touch points sanitized, to your home or workplace.
